An independent juice bar reinvents itself for future growth.
Pure Raw Juice is a healthy fast-casual restaurant chain serving superfood bowls, blended smoothies, and cold pressed juice in Baltimore, MD. In 2017, new ownership brought on HiFi Brands for a brand refresh, with an objective to grow the business, take on fast food chains, and fuel healthy lifestyles in Baltimore.
Since engagement, we have helped to scale the company from 2 to 10 locations, with a focus on maintaining brand consistency throughout, including: retail design, seasonal menu updates, new product launches, digital marketing, in-store promotions, and strategic partnerships. In collaboration with the brand team, we have launched a range of marketing initiatives geared towards increasing brand loyalty and rewards engagement, including a new loyalty app which has grown to have over 30K subscribers and counting.
Pure Raw Juice is now one of the top ten wholly owned juice bars in the US and one of the largest in the Mid-Atlantic. It and has earned its reputation of “Baltimore’s Best Juice Bar” by Baltimore Magazine year after year.
