Allison Rosenwinkel: Co-Founder & Managing Director
Bursting with ideas and honing in on strategic details, Allison is a true brand steward who takes her relationships with her clients very personally. Her hands-on, collaborative approach to working with multi-disciplinary partners combined with nearly 20 years of experience in the fields of branding, advertising, and design allow for her to think across business channels to find the best solution for the task at hand.
Allison has a proven record of success in leading brand mammoths (Jack Daniels), challenger brands (Gregorys Coffee), and startups (Jerrells Betr Brgr) in how to leverage design and strategy to define their voice, act more human, and authentically connect with the culture to drive organic growth. She has extensive experience in the food, beverage, wellness and hospitality sectors, with a passion for rolling up her sleeves and digging in with entrepreneurs to help young brands thrive.
In her free-time, Allison enjoys painting, early mornings tending her wildflower garden, and sunsets on Lake Michigan. She has recently rediscovered her love of cycling.
Paul Demyanovich: Co-Founder & Executive Creative Director
Nuance, feel & instinct. It’s hard to quantify creative implementation, but if there’s a metric, Paul is up at the top. He’s been described as an obsessive creative, a type nerd, and just a damn good designer. Slosh it all together and you’ll get a feel for his command of lifting his peers & clients up for success no matter how many late nights or iterations it takes.
Paul takes a pragmatic approach to brand design, delivering on each challenge with a bespoke and strategic perspective as shown by the variety of brands and sectors he’s thrived in. From CPG giants like Scotts Miracle-Gro, ABinBev, & Viacom to the fine dining scenes in Chicago and New York, Paul sheds trends and tropes for communicative solutions that deliver quantifiable results to the bottom line of the clients he partners with.
In his free time, Paul is a soccer coach and music loving outdoorsy beer drinker. Next time you see him, tell him he needs a shave and a haircut.
